Barry Bittman, MD is a neurologist, author, international speaker, researcher and healthcare consultant. Dr. Bittman leads innovative interdisciplinary teams in the development of protocols, algorithms and comprehensive integrative strategies that enable health systems, hospitals, providers and health plans to optimize Quadruple Aim outcomes.
Amalgamating several comprehensive disease-based strategies, Dr. Bittman developed multiple centralized continuous inpatient and outpatient care coordination models. He serves as Chief Population Health Officer for the Inland Empire Foundation for Medical Care and the Foundation Accountable Care Network, an MSSP ACO.
Dr. Bittman co-developed Population Health Decision Support (PHDS) software, an advanced analytics program that enables decision makers to perform real-time, user-directed inquiries that reveal key operational insights on the fly without need for IT support.
